Email us
We aim to respond within two business days. Support is provided in English.
1. What we can help with
- Account and access — sign-in problems, multi-factor authentication, recovery codes, revoking a device.
- Billing — subscription questions, invoices, cancellation. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through that store.
- Programs and content — how a program works, what is included, how the daily plan is assembled.
- Privacy requests — access, export, correction, deletion, withdrawing a consent, or revoking access you granted to someone else.
- Accessibility — if any part of the site or app is difficult to use, tell us what you encountered and on what device; we treat these reports as defects.
- Content concerns — if something reads as a medical claim, is unclear, or looks out of date, report it and we will review it.
2. What to include
To resolve a request on the first reply, include:
- the email address on your account;
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
- the page or screen where it happened;
- your device and browser, if it is a technical problem.
Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment card numbers, or copies of medical records by email. If we need something sensitive to resolve your request, we will tell you a safe way to provide it.
3. Privacy requests
Send privacy requests to the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We verify requests through your account and respond within the period required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. Details of the rights available to you are in the Privacy Policy.
4. What we cannot help with
Longevity120 provides wellness education and behavior-change support. The support team cannot:
- give medical advice, interpret a symptom, or tell you whether something is urgent;
- diagnose a condition or comment on whether you have one;
- recommend, prescribe, or adjust medication or a dose;
- review lab results clinically or replace a conversation with your clinician;
- respond to emergencies.
For anything in that list, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
This is not an emergency service
Your entries are not monitored in real time. Do not use this website or the Longevity120 app to report an emergency or to seek urgent help. In the United States, call 911 for an immediate emergency. Call or text 988 for a mental health or suicide crisis.
